Smartphones As Fitness Trackers. Are they Useful?
Do you really need a fitness tracker when you already have a smartphone? Some might say yes but actually your phone is just as good. Arms Arms Arms…Why So Hard to Define?
I have what you call “big” arms and they are VERY HARD to finally get to a point of true definition.
BUT..I can say I have come a long way and they are finally getting there. One key thing I did? I started lifting heavier weights AND trying different positions on various machines in the Gym.
